Nice to meet you (even if its only digitally at this point).
We work in a variety of technologies. For the most part .NET, Java and Ruby. Lately we’ve also been integrating Clojure and Erlang into our production environments as we identify specific tasks and problems that are well suited for those languages.
Projects can take you all over the place (as I’m sure you know), but our main focus is large volume text messaging, ecommerce, content management, and custom integrations (kind of like corporate mashups with Sales Force, Facebook, HR Systems, etc).
It’s always good to meet other (metro) Detroiters working in technology. If you’re ever in Royal Oak, look us up for lunch. We sporadically attend the various local users groups here and in Ann Arbor, maybe we’ll run into you at one of the upcoming events.
